These questions relate to the subscription box itself.

The items in the box are a surprise. You can get a hint towards which items will be included in the box by checking out the brands we've partnered up with. The items in the Box change for each quarter. We do make a deliberate effort to ensure you get quality items in your box.

Our first box includes a partnership with 9 women-owned brands + you'll be receiving signature Sitti Handmade products.

Our first box will begin shipping May 30th, 2021. Orders made after May 30th, will be shipped within 1 week of orders being made.

When you begin a Sitti Subscription, you’re joining a community of socially conscious consumers who want to make the world a better place. We believe that every product can and should be purposefully, ethically, and sustainably made, and that making good purchases can go a long way.

As part of this membership, you’ll receive our quarterly, theme-based curation of 8-12 products that have been carefully selected through collaborative partnerships that also tell the stories of the ethical brands included in your box.

At the moment, our boxes are not available for customization. We hope to include this as an option in the coming future.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all purchases, are nonrefundable and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.
